Maurine Servais

Engineer, Project Manager

A graduate of the Gramme Institute with a degree in Sustainable Energy Engineering, I joined the DFT Engineering team with great enthusiasm! My choice of master’s program and the direction of my first professional career were driven by a strong interest in the energy sector. Participating in the energy transition is a way for me to give meaning to my work, especially in the current context.

Being an engineer is a daily opportunity for me to challenge myself, to constantly learn, and to understand how the world works. That’s what I love about this profession: there are always new challenges to overcome and new solutions to find. My position as a project engineer at DFT Engineering allows me to put these principles into practice while working on concrete projects in the fields of energy and special technologies.

Outside of work, I’m a big fan of sports, especially running, and I love to cook. These activities allow me to push my limits, stay creative, and share moments with others. My love of adventure took root during my years in the Scouts and was strengthened by my travels. These experiences taught me the importance of teamwork, mutual support, and discovery, whether in nature or through encounters with others. All these qualities are also dear to me in my profession.
