Repurposing of the former girls’ school into a multi-purpose rural community center – Hamois

More info

This project aims for the heritage rehabilitation of a former school building, an iconic example of early 20th-century architecture, transforming it into a multi-purpose, multi-service rural community center with high energy performance.

Our firm is responsible for the complete project management, including building services engineering and a UREBA energy audit.

Our services include:

A comprehensive technical assessment (existing installations, surveys, and site conditions)
The design of a high-performance energy solution (insulation, ventilation, and heating)
The execution of the UREBA energy audit and integration of subsidy requirements

The project enhances the existing heritage while creating a new meeting place and service hub for the community: multi-purpose rooms, a coworking space, offices for associations, and welcoming spaces.
