Reconversion of the industrial wasteland of Bois de Breux – Jupille

The project involves the conversion of this former industrial site into a residential neighborhood after site remediation. It comprises 166 housing units distributed across eight apartment buildings and seven houses, as well as a 535 m² restaurant and three 267 m² spaces for offices/local services.

The buildings are situated within a landscaped area that enhances the site’s greenery and offer 244 car parking spaces (161 of which are underground) and 273 bicycle parking spaces.
