The letter D in DFT? That’s where I belong, adding my own unique touch to DFT Engineering!

My name is spelled Doğan Çam, and I believe the magic lies in the moon above the “g” in Doğan, highlighting the distinctive pronunciation of my name: “It’s Doğan, with that unique accent [do’an], and my name is spelled Çam with that little wink [tcham]!”

From a young age, I’ve always been drawn to the construction industry as a whole. That’s why I decided to pursue studies in this field. I began my education at HEPL Verviers, where I earned a bachelor’s degree in construction after three years of study. This program provided me with both extensive theoretical knowledge and solid practical experience.

To describe my personality in a few words: I am punctual, dynamic, entrepreneurial, sociable, and demanding. However, it doesn’t stop there. Rigorous and committed to everything I undertake, my motto is: “If I do something, I do it 100%.” ​​Naturally curious, I have a constant thirst for learning.

In conclusion, as co-founder of DFT Engineering, in collaboration with Thomas and Fabrice, I am committed to dedicating all my energy to building a company where every employee thrives.
